We provide some routes from Minatomirai Station on the Minatomirai Line and Sakuragicho Station on the JR and Yokohama Municipal Subway, using elevators with ramps to get to us.
The Route for Strollers and Wheelchairs
Baby strollers and wheelchairs are allowed in the Exhibition Rooms.
* Please note that strollers may not be used during busy times for safety reasons.
Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are allowed to enter with you.
* Pets other than those listed above are not permitted.
Free baby strollers and wheelchairs are available for use in the museum. Please ask our staff at the Information desk.
* Baby strollers are considered safe for babies from 3-months-old (or around when the become able to hold their head up) to a weight of 15 kg (approx. 33 lbs.).
* The number of available strollers and wheelchairs is limited.
Restrooms on all floors are equipped with multi-functional toilets and the following facilities.

* Please take your used diapers home with you.
Nursing rooms can be found in the following three areas of the museum.

Admission to the exhibition is free for disabled persons with any form of disabled ID (disability passbook from Japan, or equivalent card from another country for foreign visitors); we are also happy to provide free admission to one accompanying caregiver.
* Please present the certificate at the Information desk when entering the museum.
Museum visitors with a disability card or certificate will receive the first 90 minutes of parking for free.

The parking lot does have handicapped parking places for those with relevant permits.

Writing boards and note paper are available at the Information desk and each reception of other facilities.
