Please ask a staff member at the Information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ast\">* Please note that strollers may not be used inside the museum during busy times for safety reasons.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ast\">* The number of rental strollers and wheelchairs is limited.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ast\">* Rental strollers are considered safe for babies from 3 months old (or once they can hold their head up) to a weight of 15 kg (approx. 33 lbs).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stairlift Available for Wheelchair Use<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A stairlift is available to enable visitors with wheelchairs to view works on display on the Grand Gallery\u2019s staircase spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To use it, please speak to one of the staff members at the Information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ast\">* Stairlift type: Stairx TRE-70, weight limit of 230 kg, can carry an electric wheelchair<\/p>\n<p class=\"ast\">* Trained staff will operate it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ast\">* The stairlift only goes up. There visitors with autism or sensory processing differences,\u00a0 who find\u00a0 external stimuli from sound and light overwhelming, or who simply need a peaceful experience can calm down and cool off.
